There, you’ll find a magnificent wine list and enchanting cuisine; try the ‘Flavours of Andalusia’ tasting menu for a thoughtful introduction to the region’s gastronomy. Restaurante El Cortijo features the bounty of both land and sea with a high-ceilinged dining room and a stunning outdoor terrace that overlooks the olive groves and Loja mountain range. In the summertime, visit the new El Mirador restaurant for a relaxed poolside lunch, or pop over to the Swimming Pool Bar for a refreshing smoothie or tropical cocktail. For a cup of coffee whenever the inclination strikes, visit La Plaza and be sure to return in the evening for superb tapas.
