Of note, this modern tower, which houses 193 guest rooms and suites, recently underwent a $13 million transformation that was completed in 2017. The results are impressive; inspiration for which came from many of Europe’s most celebrated boutique hotels. New lighting, carpeting, artwork and such, and the clever use of historic materials such as saddle leather, linen, wood and steel has worked magic on the entire property. Spaces are now vibrant and comfortable and encourage guests to relax (or work if needs be) in the hotel at large.
The rooms are supremely comfortable, with armchairs and footstools, plenty of plugs and connection sockets and huge, cosy beds – American style. Grand marble bathrooms have a separate shower and WC and Asprey toiletries.... Show more
