An internationally oriented art fair for modern and contemporary art in Zurich. Multi-day art exhibition featuring regional and international art galleries.

Art Salon Zürich was founded in 2022 by Fabian J. Walter and Sven Eisenhut-Hug as an international art fair for contemporary art.

The goal is to strengthen and revitalise the Swiss art scene and art market in the long term. Fabian J. Walter founded a gallery for contemporary art in Basel in 1986 and has been based in Zurich since 2022. In addition to his work as a gallerist, he is a founding member of the Swiss Art Market Association (VKMS) and president of the Swiss Gallery Association (VSG).

Sven Eisenhut-Hug is the founding director of the Photo Basel art fair, which was launched in 2015 and is now one of the most important photography fairs.

The new Art Salon Zurich art fair focuses primarily on the needs of galleries, art dealers, and artists, with the aim of strengthening their presence on the Swiss art market and specifically targeting a national and international audience interested in art.
