Pamela Hastry
Joining us from Belgium, Pamela Hastry is a jewellery expert, gemmologist, and founder of Morphée World. Trained in London, Rome, and Paris as a jewellery designer, maker, and gemmologist, she combines creative, technical, and commercial expertise. Today, Pamela advises jewellery brands on creative direction, product development, manufacturing, positioning, and growth strategy, drawing on her experience as the founder of her own fine jewellery house, Morphée Joaillerie.

Britta Dietsche
The host of the evening, Britta Dietsche, came to jewellery through a deeply personal passion. After 28 years in the industrial sector and 15 years in real estate, her long-standing dream of owning a blue diamond led her to discover the world of lab-grown diamonds. What began as a personal fascination inspired her to create Britta Dietsche Jewellery, turning a once unattainable dream into the foundation of her own jewellery brand.
