ASMALLWORLD invites members and their guests to join Sunny Cervantes for a private guided building tour of the New York Public Library, Stephen A. Schwarzman.

Known as the "Main Branch," this Beaux-Arts masterpiece is a world-renowned research center housing over 15 million historical items.
This exclusive tour is your passport to the library's must-see locations. One of them is the historic Rose Main Reading Room, a space that is no longer open to the public and can only be accessed by researchers with appointments.
During the tour, you'll uncover the rich history, exquisite architecture and vast collections of the second-largest public library in the United States and the fourth-largest in the world. Unauthorized tours are no longer permitted by the NYPL, making this private ASW event a truly unique opportunity.
After the tour, you and your guests are invited to explore the Polonsky Exhibition, showcasing some of NYPL's most extraordinary treasures, such as Christopher Columbus' letter to the Treasurer of Aragon and Thomas Jefferson's fair copy of the Declaration of Independence.Cancellations must be done on or before January 3rd, 2024 (Wednesday). Cancellations done after January 3rd, 2024 will not be refunded by ASMALLWORLD.
We kindly ask you to arrive promptly. We will have a 5-minute grace period for latecomers.
This is a working research library. Please observe the following:

- Remain quiet in all the reading rooms
