Sui Tang Li is the hotel’s fabulous fine-dining restaurant and is a beloved spot for dim sum and contemporary Chinese that draws inspiration from Cantonese, Shanghainese and Sichuanese flavours. While Sui Tang Li is the hotel’s standout eatery, Café Grey Deluxe is also worth a visit (or two). Equal parts European-inspired café and cocktail lounge (with a great terrace to boot), this is a prime spot for brunch, afternoon tea or happy hour – particularly if you take advantage of the terrace’s sweeping views. Last but not least is Sui Tang Shang, an understated yet elegant spot for cocktails and socialising.

Upper House’s wellness offerings are every inch as stylish as the rest of the hotel, beginning with Mi Xun Spa. There, contemporary Western technologies and Chinese tradition combine in a treatment menu that offers everything from the expected massages and facials to Keramos Radio Frequency (KRF) treatments and immune system healing utilising the Proionic System from INDIBA.
