But you may not need to dine outside, as Chef Michael Rotondo of Charlie Trotter fame heads up the acclaimed Parallel 37 restaurant, with its casual-chic atmosphere and menu of superb Californian fare with Asian influences. If you’re hungry, the Chef’s Tasting Menu is worth every bite, on every level.
Wine lovers won’t be able to pass on the chance to enjoy a wine flight in the boudoir-like JCB Tasting Lounge (which is a collaborative affair with winemaker Jean-Charles Boisset) or, if a martini’s more your thing, The Lounge is equally inviting.
For guests looking to stay active and recharge, there’s a 24-hour fitness centre with separate men's and women's steam rooms, perfect for a purge, day or night.
