The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is the highest hotel in the world, spanning the top 17 floors of West Kowloon’s 118-storey International Commerce Centre (ICC), a prestigious address with its luxury residences, offices and retail space. The views over the city and Victoria Harbour are sublime.

Starting at 538 sq ft (50 sq m) for a Deluxe Room and reaching an incredible 3,930 sq ft (366 sq m) for the magnificent Ritz-Carlton Suite, all rooms provide ample space. But, as you’ve already guessed, it’s all about the views here, and Club Level guests can enjoy them in total comfort from the Club Lounge on the 116th floor, where food and drinks are served throughout the day.

The hotels’ six distinctive dining venues serve everything from exceptional fine dining to casual cuisine. They range from traditional Chinese offerings and Italian specialities to a lobby lounge featuring creative cocktails. Visit Cafe 103 for an elegant afternoon tea with sky-high views of the city, or enjoy the lunch and dinner buffets of international cuisine. The two fine dining restaurants, Tosca Di Angelo and Tin Lung Heen have been awarded Michelin stars. One of the latest additions to the hotel’s gourmet scene is the Almas Caviar Bar, where some of the world’s finest caviar, the famous Balik salmon fillet as well as champagnes are served.
