Despite all there is to see, do and eat outside the Ritz-Carlton’s doors, the hotel’s dining options are worth staying in for (at least once or twice). POTS restaurant offers a creative upgrade on traditional German fare in an intriguing dining room boldly decorated with swaths of bronze and ethereal glass lights suspended above tables. ISHI by Henssler offers fine dining with flavourful Japanese cuisine from sushi to hot stone wagyu. Sample caviar while you sip a drink recommended by the resident Tea Master in the Lobby Lounge, stop by the Cigar Club for handmade cigars or enjoy live Latin music in the ambient Curtain Club.
