Influences from around the globe make appearances in the hotel’s culinary scene, beginning with the French restaurant Maritime. The brainchild of Chef Cedric Vongerichten, Maritime incorporates Asian influences into its contemporary French cuisine to create an immersive and experimental dining experience. Also channelling European influences is The Roof, which is the hotel’s interpretation of a Mediterranean beach club and is set by the picture-perfect pool. Zero-proof cocktails, tableside tea service, fresh pastries and an international menu can be enjoyed at the Lobby Bar, while indulgences of another kind can be found at The Den. A unique concept within the larger EDITION portfolio, this handsome cigar lounge is a classically elegant spot in which to unwind.
In addition to the rooftop pool, guests can enjoy spa services and 24-hour access to the hotel’s fitness centre. For other types of excitement, you needn’t look far: Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina is a superb place to start.
