Q at the Empress is a superb restaurant with a gorgeous modern dining room. There, a Pacific Northwest menu focuses on locally and ethically sourced ingredients alongside artisanal offerings and a marvellous wine list. Veranda is a picture-perfect patio restaurant where you’ll find breathtaking views alongside craft cocktails and a delicious menu. And of course, you mustn’t forget afternoon tea which is particularly memorable at the Empress thanks to a dazzling spread of baked goods, fresh herbs from the hotel’s rooftop garden and honey made from its very own hives.
