Le Beaulieu has a splendid Sunday brunch, or you can opt to visit the buffet breakfast served in the lounge for your first meal of the day. If you prefer to indulge in local flavour, Spice serves traditional Vietnamese cuisine both buffet style and à la carte. See and be seen at the chic Le Club Bar, or have a creative cocktail at the eclectic Angelina.
Le Spa du Metropole is stylish as can be, so much so that you’ll be enticed to linger in the waiting room post-massage. The bulk of the treatments are French in nature, but the menu also offers an Asian Heritage Collection with tantalising options like the ‘After Shopping Leg Reviver’.
Leg reviving aside, there’s plenty more to do within the hotel.
