All have private infinity pools and wonderfully open floor plans; the general feeling of spaciousness multiplies in the villas and retreats. The emphasis throughout is on natural materials: expect cobblestone walls, lofty ceilings and stucco interiors that culminate in a colour scheme that is both earthy and elegant (and brightened by pops of rich burnt orange).
An eclectic array of dining options keeps mealtimes interesting; indulge in vibrant Arabic flavours at Spice Market, where you’ll also find a tantalizing breakfast buffet. The contemporary Summer House showcases international cuisine from a terrace overlooking the pool, while the French-focused Sense on the Edge is perched on a cliff nearly 300 metres above the bay (make reservations in advance for this one). The resort’s signature Bedouin delicacies can be found at the toes-in-the-sand Shua Shack; afterwards, pop over to the cheery Zighy Bar or the elegant Wine Cellar for your libation of choice.
