Jansz is the swanky, yet sophisticated, option for all-day dining offering contemporary classics in a dining room awash in reimagined Old World elegance. The café-style Pulitzer Garden invites you to do just that: take a moment to breathe and relax in a sunny oasis that gazes out at the garden. Here you’ll find breakfast all day, coffee, light bites and cocktails – what more could you ask for? The Art Deco-esque Pulitzer's Bar was voted Best Hotel Bar in Amsterdam in 2019, and it’s truly a must-visit. Stepping into the dark and seductive bar feels like stepping back in time, so order a classic cocktail while you’re at it. And then there’s the Sail-Through option, our personal favourite. Order some scrumptious drinks and bites ahead of time, and then hop on a boat. Your refreshments will be hand-delivered for you to enjoy as you set sail.
