The hotel’s main restaurant, The Dining Room, serves a delicious array of Cambodian classics and French specialities in a setting that elegantly blends Art Deco design with Khmer accents. The Living Room’s bar and lounge are plush locales with an intimate atmosphere for drinks, while those with a sweet tooth will be in heaven at the French-style Glasshouse, which serves pastries and handcrafted ice creams. Le Petit Chef: The World’s Smallest Chef is a particularly fun addition to the dining scene; this immersive experience combines theatre with the culinary arts for an unforgettable (and delicious) meal. Being in the heart of Siem Reap and minutes from the Old Market district means that you're well-poised to explore the town's surprisingly competitive dining scene. The hotel also offers a variety of culinary tours, both on-site and through the region.
The serenely furnished spa (widely considered among the best in Siem Reap) offers traditional Cambodian treatments, two lovely interconnected pools and a well-equipped fitness centre, which remains open 24 hours a day. But, of course, the main attraction is access to the temples of Angkor, and the hotel offers tours of these breathtaking sites. Beyond the temples, there are other cultural experiences available, such as private Buddhist ceremonies with Theravada monks or personal encounters with survivors of Pol Pot's brutal regime.
