The interior design scheme is tranquil and Zen, toeing the line of being austere but falling short of it thanks to clever styling. Interiors are set in simple, soothing shades and the colour palette is almost monochromatic: think crisp whites, pale beiges and plenty of beautiful blonde wood throughout. The only true colour contrast comes in the details: the coal-black accents on the lighting fixtures, for example, a rosy glow in the bathrooms, a dish of pristine green apples set on top of a desk.... Sophisticated, elegant and featuring an elevated version of the design scheme found throughout the hotel, this is the place to go for Chef Nobu’s iconic signature dishes; Miso Black Cod and Rock Shrimp Tempura are two highly regarded favourites. The restaurant also offers takeaway, meaning you can enjoy spectacular Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine in the comfort of your own accommodations whenever you feel so inclined.
While there’s plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance of the hotel (venture a little farther, and you’ll find hiking options as well), you’ll also be within a heartbeat of a good variety of amenities within Nobu itself.
