All are lovely visions of sophisticated contemporary Nordic design blended with gorgeous antiques and carefully curated artwork. Fabrics are dazzling (flower arrangements are equally so), and in the chic bathrooms, you’ll find sleek standalone tubs. Guests staying in some of the nicer suites will be treated to balconies alongside other perks like canopy beds and gorgeous garden views.
The gastronomy scene at Nimb keeps pace with the air of magic established by the rest of the hotel and the surrounding gardens. An impressive array of dining options ensures that even the choosiest of gourmands will be perpetually delighted. Fru Nimb is a lighthearted lunch spot where you’ll find scrumptious open-faced sandwiches that focus on organic and local fare, while Nimb Brasserie serves fabulous French cuisine for breakfast and all other meals of the day. The playfully named Cakenhagen is a paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth, serving up everything from lesser-known Danish classics to perfect French macarons. And then there’s our favorite spot of all: the roof. Decked out with a gorgeous pool (with a built-in tide for those keen on a workout), loungers aplenty and a fabulous cocktail bar, the roof is a convivial spot for drinks and socializing with unmatched views of the city.
Hotel guests can enjoy access to Nimb Wellness, which features a fitness centre with a hot (as in 34 degrees!) workout room for cardio. You’ll also find a Moroccan-tiled hammam, a beauty salon with manicure and brow services, a relaxation area and a menu of nice spa treatments.
