Danish culinary techniques and fermented foods are showcased in Fismuler’s market-style cuisine, which can be enjoyed all day in a dark, vaguely industrial (in a chic way) space. Inspired by the glamour of Asia’s cosmopolitan lounges, Attiko features Pan-Asian cuisine on a 12th-floor rooftop terrace. Led by Chef Kyung Soo Moon, this evocative restaurant also boasts spectacular panoramic views over downtown Lisbon and the Marquês de Pombal Square.
