Watergarden, the property’s main restaurant, is an all-day Mediterranean dining concept that overlooks the pools and olive groves. Locally sourced ingredients feature prominently on the menu, and a well-stocked wine cave is the cherry on top. Peruvian fusion cooked on a Josper-Robata grill defines Pisco, which is named for the traditionally distilled muscat brandy that features in many of its cocktails. Haroūb showcases Levantine cuisine, with flavours from North Africa, Southern Europe and Western Asia informing its tantalising dishes. Do note that Pisco and Haroūb operate on a rotating schedule, with either one or the other open each night. As far as drinks go, you’ll have two options to choose from: Aesthesis Cocktail Bar for fabulous views and live music, or Float Pool Bar for a libation while lounging poolside.
Purai Spa is King Jason’s destination for all things wellbeing, and it’s there that you’ll find a fitness studio and heated hydrocontact pool in addition to the expected saunas, steam rooms and treatment rooms. Yoga and meditation classes are on offer, while other leisure activities might include sommelier-led wine and tsipouro tastings, pita and bread-making classes or memorable picnics enjoyed out in the beautiful landscape.
