Azekura – the hotel’s signature restaurant – comprises Sushi, Teppanyaki and Kaiseki dining areas, all of which are separate from one another to maintain the authenticity of the Japanese dining experience. For a libation or cup of tea whenever the inclination strikes, visit Flying Stag: a stylish pub with a cosy hearth, beautifully curated artwork and an award-winning pastry chef.
