Exclusive to hotel guests, award-winning Chef Allen Susser has crafted an exquisite culinary adventure of modern fusion cuisine with locally sourced tropical ingredients, accompanied by the resort's incredible signature views. After dinner, glide upstairs for even more jaw-dropping sights at the Celestial Terrace for sundowners overlooking the best sunset views on St. Lucia. In-suite dining is also available.
The resort's small but sumptuous Kai en Ciel spa specialises in romantic couple's treatments, but its size means reservations are recommended. Thankfully, for something a bit more spur of the moment, Jade Mountain guests have access to Anse Chastanet estate's Kai Belté spa.
In fact, the full facilities of Anse Chastanet are available for anyone staying here. Its six-hundred acres encompass two beautiful private beaches, the 5-star Scuba St. Lucia centre (close to some fantastic coral reefs), a jungle biking centre, kayaking safaris, watersports, tennis and the resort's organic farm: Emerald.
