Those on the lower floors enjoy a pleasant small terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. All the classic rooms have spacious and bright bathrooms and comfortable closets. Each room, which has its own colour and furniture, reflects the classic beauty, the value and the elegance of the Venetian style, finely restored at the present time.
Deluxe Lagoon View Room
Deluxe Lagoon View rooms are all distinguished by theme, colour, fine furnishings, attention to every detail, and each of their windows overlooks the enchanting San Marco Basin. In some of them, the window is particularly original and charming, such as the porthole or the large crescent window. Spacious bathrooms, comfortable closets and luxury amenities complete the scenery in order to give our guests a unique stay.
Junior Suite Lagoon View
These beautiful rooms, all with the gaze lost on the horizon of the lagoon, have very marked characteristics and particular attention to every detail. This category includes rooms dedicated to artists, intellectuals and famous people who have stayed at our hotel in the past, such as Tchaikovsky or D’Annunzio. But also the exclusive room with the whirlpool tub on the top floor, which represents the emblem of the idyllic, relaxing and romantic stay.
Junior Suite Lagoon View with Balcony
These bright and spacious rooms, completely different from each other and all with breathtaking views of the lagoon, always reflect the classic beauty, the value and the elegance of the Venetian style, without sacrificing modern comfort. They can be found on the first, second or third floor of the hotel. Being particularly spacious, they boast elegant corners for relaxation or work, with sofas and tables, and possibly can also accommodate a third bed.

All of them have been recently renovated but all different, these elegant rooms, with all comforts, are located on the fourth floor of the hotel. On their terraces, equipped with comfortable rattan chairs, you can stop to relax admiring the daily life of the lagoon city that flows slowly over the water and letting yourself be gently dazzled by the sparkle of light reflected on the lagoon.
Top Floor Junior Suite with Panoramic Terrace
Unique in its kind, this room is equipped with all comforts and exquisitely furnished It has a very large terrace, from which the view extends from the San Marco Basin to the Grand Canal, until reaching the roofs and bell towers of Venice, connecting guests to the timeless spirit of the city. In this terrace you can sunbathe using two deck chairs and you can organise a romantic candlelit dinner getting in touch with Restaurant Do Leoni Team.
Suite Jules Verne
This brand new and bright suite, located on the fifth floor, is dedicated to the French writer Jules Verne, father of modern science fiction, the master of the adventure story, who stayed at the Londra Palace between Friday 11th and Sunday 13th July 1884. The suite is composed of one sitting room, one bedroom and two marble bathrooms: one with walking shower and the other with bathtub. The stunning view of the San Marco Basin, visible from multiple points, the comfortable mattress and all the comforts of this suite guarantee the necessary to relax and make beautiful dreams, fanciful and adventurous like the stories of the author to whom the room is dedicated.

These rooms, all with their own identity, with every comfort, are located on the second floor of the hotel and all overlook the lagoon with a lovely balcony. In some of them, the redevelopment has allowed to keep the original ceiling of the ancient building. So you can be surprised by frescoed surfaces or by ancient and precious coffered ceilings.
Suite Deluxe with Lagoon View and Balcony
This exclusive suite, tastefully furnished and with every comfort, consists of a large living room with balcony with a splendid view of the San Marco Basin, a bedroom with a view of the monumental Church of San Zaccaria and two large marble bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a modern shower. Among the privileges included in the price of this suite are complimentary Champagne, biscuits and homemade chocolates minibar, breakfast served in the room each morning without supplement.
