A trio of options for food and drink await at mealtimes, with plenty of further eateries within walking distance. An offshoot of the original restaurant founded in Monte Carlo, Beefbar is a must-visit for fabulous, unfussy street food in a warm, convivial environment. Open for both lunch and dinner, this is where you can enjoy everything from jasmine tea-smoked Kobe beef bao buns and Wagyu bolognese to lobster rolls and yellowtail pastrami. Located just a short distance from the hotel itself is the private beach restaurant Shellona, which is aptly set on Shell Beach. Helmed by Greek chef Yiannis Kioroglou, this is a delightful spot for toes-in-the-sand dining, with a menu focused on Mediterranean-inspired fare. Seafood, unsurprisingly, is a highlight. Rounding out the trio is Le Bar, a great place to enjoy a tropical cocktail and a plate of rock corn tempura as you watch the sunset.
There’s plenty of opportunity for activity both on and off the property – though no one could blame you if you choose to spend your days lounging on the beach instead. For off-property adventure, try a catamaran day trip or a memorable hike to Colombier. There are also myriad ways to get out on the water, from flyboarding and scuba diving to excursions on private speedboats or Seabobs.
