This 273-room property (77 are suites) is perfect for work or play. Views from some of the rooms over the State House, the Public Garden and the Boston Common (a pair of parks) offer the city’s best angles. Rooms are large (suites, larger). Each has a desk if you need to work and comfortable seating if you don’t.
The marble bathrooms are just as spacious; some have separate tubs and showers, some only walk-in showers. Decor is what they call “Beacon Hill style”, what we would classify as traditional and sophisticated. And we love the fact that the doorknobs on the guestroom doors are replicas of those on the brownstone homes in historic Beacon Hill.
