The Junior Suites, completely different from each other, are about 35 square meters (some ones on multiple levels). All equipped with shower and some ones with bathtub, the overlooks may be on the court or on the garden. Some ones are located directly on the ground floor.

The Junior SPA are very special rooms : a suggestive outdoor space, almost entirely made of glass, has been recently added to these large rooms on the ground floor of the Colonica. The Suite del Conte: The Suite del Conte is named after the Count Rossi Scotti who owned the Villa and slept there until the half 1800. It is finely featured by the original frescoes, the coffered ceiling and its beautiful cast iron fireplace of the 17th Century. The living room is spacious and cozy, and the bathroom endowed with tub and shower. It is the main room of the Count Experience: the rental of the whole first floor, on the Villa side of the central historical building of Borgo dei Conti Resort.
