The raw food lifestyle often referred to as 'Raw foodism', 'rawism' or 'following a raw food diet', is the dietary practice of eating only or mostly food that is uncooked and unprocessed. Depending on the philosophy, or type of lifestyle and results desired, raw food diets may include a selection of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. The philosophy may also include simply processed foods, such as various types of sprouted seeds, cheese, and fermented foods such as yoghurts, kefir, kombucha, or sauerkraut, but generally not foods that have been pasteurized, homogenized, or produced with the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, solvents, and food additives. The mindset centres around eating foods that not only come from the earth but are also farmed with seeds that have not been altered at a cellular level.

You will be mostly eating raw fruits, vegetables, and grains. In fact, raw foodies know heating food destroys its nutrients and natural enzymes, which is bad because enzymes boost digestion and fight chronic disease. In short: When you cook it, you kill it. Let Christianne explain how cooking foods make them toxic to our organisms.

Christianne discovered raw food 10 years ago when she studied with Dr. Gabriel Cousens (an American, homeopath, and spiritual practicer of holistic medicine) in Patagonia, Arizona.
She lived in the retreat as a patient of Dr. Gabriel and ended up staying as a student for many years thereafter in the Tree of Life. The Tree of Life teaches master courses in nutrition and homeopathic medicine. Christianne believes that raw foodism can cure most chronic diseases along with mental health issues like depression. Discover all the benefits of the raw food diet including reversing the signs of aging in the brain and body. Live raw food practices have existed for many centuries and adopted by prophets in biblical times, but have been rediscovered by modern philosophers and adopted into a fascinating way to grow spiritually as well.

Let's dive in and discover the benefits of this ancient belief.
