ONLINE EXPERIENCE: How Accessible is Art in the Ever-Changing Art World? - Bern
Carolina Conforti, co-founder of The Art Talks will guide us through another inspiring discussion. The Art Talks will feature Pato Paez who is the co-founder and managing partner of The Commission Project and Artist Benny Or. This Art Talk will review the democratisation of art - 'How Accessible is Art in the Ever-Changing Art World?'
Pato Paez has dedicated his career to understanding the human aesthetic experience and to the democratisation of art. His message is simple: art is pivotal to the growth of our society and it must become accessible to the population at large. His background in science — he trained as a doctor — cultivated his focus on neuroaesthetics and visual perception.

BENNY OR is bridging the worlds of art, technology and design. His creative practice centers around the human experience in both physical and digital realms. With a background in theatre and architecture, his work explores the narrative potential of our built environments. As an artist defying definition, his body of work ranges from creative concepts for major touring productions to co-creating and selling "The Meeting Place," the world's first fully interactive Metaverse environment. Beyond his artistic practice, Or is also internationally recognised for his work as an influencer using social media to demystify the art world while spotlighting marginalised artists. In 2021, he launched the Benny Or Studio (BOS) to further his artistic mission by collaborating with artists and brands to make art accessible through mainstream culture. Former clients include Billie Eilish, Carrie Underwood, David Zwirner Gallery, iHeartMedia and Feld Entertainment.
The Art Talks, co-founded by Carolina Conforti, is a multimedia platform with a mission to make the art world accessible to all, with its foundation in the passion and creativity it awakens in our souls.
In the words of Marianne von Wewfkin, “Art lives and dies in the unique heart of he who carries it, just as all feelings only live and expand in the souls of those who feel them. There is no history of art - there is the history of artists."
As per its name, the Art Talks are conversations focused on all forms of art with gallerists, museums, artists, curators, art critics, and art lovers and its mission is to reconnect people with the passion and beauty that is the creation of Art.
