You are invited to join Sabina Fiorentini on Zoom for a great Virtual Experience hosted from Rome! This event is a fabulous opportunity for spaghetti lovers to learn more about hand-made Scialatielli with clams and cherry tomatoes from a certified Chef. The cooking class lasts for 1.5 hours.

Under Sabina's guidance, you will learn the basic knowledge of Italian traditional cuisine and some advanced cooking techniques to improve your cooking style.

You can register in advance for this meeting by using the link on your ticket. You will receive the event link on the day of the event.

The shopping list will be sent to you via email 3 days before the event.

About Sabina

Sabina is thrilled to introduce you to the secrets of genuine traditional Italian cuisine. Before becoming a Personal Chef and a Chef instructor, Sabina learned the magic of cooking from her two grannies, both excellent cooks. At the age of 5, she knew exactly how to make fresh pasta dough.

At the age of 25 she surpassed her mum in a cooking class, and from that moment on she took cooking classes anytime she had the opportunity to, even when she was on holiday. This was 30 years ago, and in Rome, there were only two cooking schools. After completing a degree in Economics and having worked first as a financial accountant and later as a professional sworn translator, she decided that cooking had to become her job. She got a professional diploma as a Personal Chef, started a food blog, worked for a food magazine, and in 2014 founded her own cooking school in Rome.

She loves bringing her background and experience to the classroom, creating an enjoyable way to fine-tune your culinary skills and a great way to spend time together in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Traditional, genuine family recipes are the base of the class menus.
