Offer Terms and Conditions:

• The GHA DISCOVERY Promotion (the “Promotion”) is part of the ASMALLWORLD offer to eligible UBS Excellence credit card holders.
• Prior registration for the Promotion is required via the ASMALLWORLD submission form.
• Eligible UBS Excellence credit card holders are offered one fast-track upgrade to GHA DISCOVERY Titanium status when joining GHA DISCOVERY through the relevant promotional links sent to eligible card holders by ASMALLWORLD within 5 business days after the submission of the registration form. Those UBS Excellence credit card holders who already held membership in GHA DISCOVERY prior to applying for this promotional fast-track upgrade and whose tier in GHA DISCOVERY was lower than the Titanium status shall be able to claim promotion to the higher tier without making a new enrolment. The GHA DISCOVERY “Status Sharing” benefit does not apply. All other Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the GHA DISCOVERY programme apply.
• In addition to GHA DISCOVERY Titanium status, eligible UBS Excellence credit card holders receive 100 DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), valid for 12 months from the date of issuance (the “D$ Gift”). D$ will be issued within ten (10) business days after the date on which the card holder successfully enrolled or upgraded the membership to GHA DISCOVERY Titanum.
• The D$ Gift will only be awarded to the eligible UBS Excellence credit card holder signed up for the Promotion using the relevant promotional links. No other GHA DISCOVERY member can receive D$ on behalf of the eligible UBS Excellence credit card holder.
• D$ are reward points, and they are not a legal currency in any territory and do not have any intrinsic value. D$ cannot be exchanged for cash. D$ can be used towards the payment of stay charges at any Global Hotel Alliance hotel, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit of USD 1 against the stay charges.
• The offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated and is subject to availability.
