You are invited to join Alper Kaya on Zoom for a great Virtual Experience hosted from Istanbul. This event is a fabulous opportunity to learn about Istanbul Street Art & Architecture.

This is a 1-hour long virtual experience that takes place in the hip and historic streets of Yeldeğirmeni which is located in Istanbul’s Asian Side. Since 2012, this neighbourhood has become a hot spot for street artists from all around the world. During the online experience, Alper will take you for a walk and share stories and insights related to murals and historic buildings from a local’s perspective. In the end, there’ll be a chance to ask questions and learn about everyday life and the current situation in Istanbul.

Alper Kaya is a designer and musician from Istanbul. He has been hosting walking tours and local experiences in his hometown for over 3 years. Instead of tourist attractions, Alper turns his focus on the lesser-known parts and hidden gems of the city. During his tours, he aims to show the authentic side of Istanbul through street art, architecture and food culture.
